AI use cases for sales
Sales time should go to conversations, not to retyping notes and hunting for context. These are the jobs AI can prepare so the person walks in ready.
Idea Every entry here is an idea: a realistic way AI could help, not a claim about work we’ve done.

Change orders written while the details are fresh
When the scope changes on site, AI drafts the change order from a quick description and photos, ready for the client's sign-off. Pricing stays with the person who sets it.
- Idea
Finding the closest past proposal
AI searches past proposals for the one closest to a new opportunity and points out what needs changing, so nobody starts from a blank page.
- Idea
Listing descriptions from the property details
AI drafts a listing description from the property details and photos. The agent checks every claim against the actual property before it's published.
- Idea
Plain-language explanations of a policy
AI drafts a plain-language explanation of what a client's policy covers and doesn't. A licensed person checks it before it reaches the client.
- Idea
Quotes from a site walkthrough
AI turns a walkthrough voice memo and photos into a draft list of line items from your price book. The estimator checks every quantity and price before the quote goes out.
- Idea
Repair request lists from the report
AI drafts a repair request list from the inspection report for the agent and client to edit before it goes to the other side.
- Idea
Showing feedback, summarised for the seller
AI groups feedback from showings into themes, like price, condition or layout, so the seller sees the pattern rather than a pile of comments.
- Idea
Summaries of long tender packages
AI pulls the scope, dates, requirements and penalties out of a long tender into a short summary with page references, so you can decide fast whether to bid.
- Idea
What changed at renewal
AI compares the renewing policy with last year's and lists what changed in price, coverage and terms, ready for the client conversation.

How to read this list
Every entry is the same deal: AI takes the low-value work, and a person keeps the judgment. Not every task should go to AI, either. If a job follows fixed rules, an ordinary automation usually does it cheaper and more reliably, and we’ll say so when that’s the case.
The list is tool-neutral and it keeps growing. Want to talk through which of these fit your team? Get in touch.
