AI use cases for frontline staff
Frontline people do the work customers actually see, then spend their evenings writing it up. These are the jobs where AI can do the write-up so the expert stays on the expert work.
Idea Every entry here is an idea: a realistic way AI could help, not a claim about work we’ve done.

How to read this list
Every entry is the same deal: AI takes the low-value work, and a person keeps the judgment. Not every task should go to AI, either. If a job follows fixed rules, an ordinary automation usually does it cheaper and more reliably, and we’ll say so when that’s the case.
The list is tool-neutral and it keeps growing. Want to talk through which of these fit your team? Get in touch.
