AI use cases by industry
AI use cases for home inspection and real estate
Reports, listings and the questions that follow them. AI use cases for home inspectors, agents and brokerages.
Idea Every entry here is an idea: a realistic way AI could help, not a claim about work we’ve done.
6 of 51 use cases
- Idea
A plain-language summary for buyers
AI drafts the summary page of an inspection report in plain words. The inspector checks it says exactly what the full report says, no more and no less.
- Idea
Answers to follow-up questions about a report
When a client writes back with questions, AI drafts an answer from the report itself, pointing to the section it came from. The inspector approves each reply.
- Idea
Inspection report narrative from field notes
AI turns checklist findings and dictated notes into clear paragraphs for the report. The inspector reviews every finding; the AI never decides what's a defect.
- Idea
Listing descriptions from the property details
AI drafts a listing description from the property details and photos. The agent checks every claim against the actual property before it's published.
- Idea
Repair request lists from the report
AI drafts a repair request list from the inspection report for the agent and client to edit before it goes to the other side.
- Idea
Showing feedback, summarised for the seller
AI groups feedback from showings into themes, like price, condition or layout, so the seller sees the pattern rather than a pile of comments.

How to read this list
Every entry is the same deal: AI takes the low-value work, and a person keeps the judgment. Not every task should go to AI, either. If a job follows fixed rules, an ordinary automation usually does it cheaper and more reliably, and we’ll say so when that’s the case.
The list is tool-neutral and it keeps growing. Want to talk through which of these fit your team? Get in touch.
